This feature was inspired by feedback from users who want to stick to consistent routines for weeks or months. Since Logday doesn’t use templates (yet), there was a need to simplify repeating past workouts.
With some tinkering (and a little elbow grease 😅), I was able to make it happen. Here’s how it works:
- Go to Workout History.
- Select the workout you want to repeat.
- Click on the menu button and choose Repeat Workout.
- That’s it! All your previous sets, weights, and reps will be auto-appended, making it easier than ever to stay consistent. (It’s also a small step toward implementing full tracking, more on that soon!)
